Refund Policy

All claims for refund must be made either in writing or by email and will need to include the following information:

 

  1. The relevant consignment number relating to the claim for refund.
  2. The collection address.
  3. The delivery address
  4. A completed Parcel Post Services claim form .

 

Please note that no refund will be made for late collection or consequential loss. Nor will a refund be available once a collection has been attempted, as this will result in a charge being applied by the carrier.

 

Should a refund be appropriate, it shall be made back onto the card originally used to book the transaction.
